AHCCCS has created two computer-based training (CBT) modules for account users. Account users are required to complete both CBT modules in order for the account to be activated by AHCCCS. AHCCCS encourages DCW Agency and Approved DCW Training and Testing Program Administrators to also complete the CBT modules to support them in developing internal protocols to institute the online database into day-to-day business practices.

Please pay special attention to the instructions at the end of each CBT module. Account users must print and email verification of the completion of both modules to AHCCCS ( Please do not email AHCCCS until both modules have been completed and the user account has been created.


  • All a user needs is an internet browser to access to the CBT modules. Some examples include Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
  • The modules contain audio narration of everything that is written and visible on the page. Users can hear the audio narration through the use of ear buds, headphones or speakers.
  • Slow internet connections, such as dial-up connections, may cause a delay in the audio as the user progresses through the modules.
